Urbandecay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Anti-Aging is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 263.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm in love I've been using a Sample of this sent to me in the past few weeks. Before using the Anti-Aging, I'd only used the Original and while I loved it, I thought I was too young (25!) to use an anti-aging product. I've used the sample a few times, and I can already tell a difference. I will be purchasing this product soon so I can never be without it. However, I know once I do purchase it, I will never use the wand, as I have tried with the Original and do not enjoy it. I'm a new Urban Decay junkie, but I would love to see UD go back to the original packaging and do away with the clumsy wand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eyeshadow primer that WORKS! I have tried many brands of eyeshadow primers, including Too Faced Shadow Insurance and Mary Kay's Eye Primer, and also Avon's. None of them really worked very well. Even though they helped my shadow go on better and made the color pop, my shadow would still crease and fade after a few hours. Finally tried the Urban Decay anti-aging primer and I love it! My shadow lasts without creasing or fading for over 8 hours, and it helps define the color as well. The only thing I don't like is the applicator. It's terribly awkward and I don't see how anyone could like it. Luckily, it's also a squeeze tube so it's not that big of a deal. I just broke the applicator off because it's so pointless. Otherwise, I'm 100% happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product for white skin, but package needs work I've used this product for several years now. I have to say that the formula could go on smoother, it seems a little thick. I think that it used to be smoother years ago. The color is fine for my skin, but I'm a pale white person. A person with darker color skin may not use this product. However, it does set my eyeshadow well. The only problem is the packaging. I end up having to squeeze the bottle to get to the product because the sponge brush just doesn't deliver much product. Rather than a brush like this, perhaps just make it a nice tube that is more easily squeezed. This brush will never reach all the product and you don't want to waste it! Rated 4 out of 5 by from a must I will not put on eyeshadow without this. It makes your eyeshadow, even cheap ones, stay on all day, and good ones through the next morning. Not that it is recommended, but if you slept with your makeup on and you used this primer, your eyeshadow will probably still look freshly done in the morning. I switched to this anti-aging version a few years ago when I noticed the regular formula settling into lines around my eyes. The only complaint about this is the wand: after about a third of the product is used, you basically have to squeeze the tube from the bottom like a tube of toothpaste to get enough product out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ***I WON'T APPLY EYE MAKEUP WITHOUT IT! *** I'm OBSESSED with Urban Decay Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion! I won't apply ANY eye makeup without it. I seriously have taken my finished makeup off after realizing...ooops, I missed a step! My eyeliner stays perfectly in place, even after wearing it all night long and waking up to realize I forgot to wash my face. It has been only recently that I switched to the anti-aging formula, because I've become more aware of the importance of skin care, and want to prevent the aging process; but I've been using the original for as long as I can remember. It's a must have in my makeup bag, and I won't leave home without it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from New packaging I am not very happy with this new packaging. It gives us less product, for the same price! I liked the ability to squeeze out a little or a lot, because the tube was full of product and it lasted. This is not going to last very long. There is a big applicator taking up half the room! There isn't even a price drop to make it more affordable! I liked the old tube! Why fix what wasn't broken?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beauty Standard It feels silly to be reviewing this when UD eyeshadow primers are such a universal beauty staple, but a few points I wanted to address - I find it doesn't work as well with eyeshadows that have thicker particles such as glitter/ heavy shimmer. I much prefer the squeasing-tube applicator (not sure how to phrase that) to the wand. In general I feel like wands waste a lot of product and get messy with constant removal and reinsertion into the packaging. And I end up blending with my fingers anyway so not much point to a wand. It's expensive. But in my experience it'll last so long that the price doesn't matter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great primer! I have not used this type of primer before. I had used the Mac cosmetics style that is more of a cream. The texture of this was a surprise as it is very fluid. I thought maybe it wouldn't perform as well, however, it is way better! It really holds my eye makeup in place. I have oily eyelids combined with hooded lids, not a good combination for eye makeup. Sometimes it doesn't get out of the bathroom if I don't use a primer. The only complaint I have is the applicator. It is foam, and I'm not sure about how hygienic it is to keep using it and sticking it back in the product. Otherwise, this stuff really works. I haven't used it long enough to notice a big difference in the quality of the skin on my eyes, but I think there may be some improvement. I'll take anything.
