If you are writing to us, please include details of your order to help us to identify it, including your order reference number (starting GB-EN…). If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email or pre-paid post to the address you provide to us in your order. If you have been in touch with us regarding a complaint and are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you are entitled to pursue online dispute resolution (“ODR”).
