Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind, you may return your order within 28 days in accordance with Urban Decay's Returns Policy, for a refund.
During Promotional & Festive period, some returns may take longer to come back to us. Please be assured we will do our best to issue the refund within our usual timelines. Orders purchased between 26th November - 31st December have extended return timeline until 31st January. For eligibility and full returns policy read our T&C's.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return anything from UrbanDecay.co.uk, you may return your order within 28 days, provided the relevant products are unopened and in their original condition, for a refund of the actual price paid excluding delivery fees (if any applicable) via the original payment method used. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted. To return orders purchased from UrbanDecay.co.uk, you can use our free return service with Royal Mail, within 28 days of the receipt of your order.
a. Complete our Return Form and print the form to have it ready to include inside your returns package.
b. Follow the link to Royal Mail returns page to access your free returns label via email
c. Print the returns label you receive to your email address or present QR code from your email for the label to be printed in the post office
d. Drop off your parcel at the nearest Post Office
Gift with Purchase Returns
If you received a free product or gift with your purchase, your return will only be authorised if the free product or gift is returned alongside the returned product.
Defective/Incorrect Items
Please contact us using our online Contact Us form, stating your order number and the details of your issue.
Items purchased through our Retail Partners
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at an Urban Decay retail partner. At Urban Decay we respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer, and Urban Decay. As a result, all items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Step 1
Download, print and complete our Returns Form. You will need to put this completed form into your returns package.
Step 2
Visit the Royal Mail website to arrange a free return. When choosing the retailer, please select L'Oreal (UK) Ltd and Royal Mail will email you a returns label with QR code to present the QR code at your post office.
Step 3
Show your QR code at the post office to get your returns label printed. Drop off your returns package.
Get in touch with our Customer care team using our online Contact Form and select ‘Online Returns’ as the contact reason.
If you are reporting damaged or defective item, please attach photographic evidence of the product affected when submitting the form.
