PRETTY BRAVE, PRETTY BOLD, PRETTY DIFFERENT
Urban Decay is THRILLED to announce the collaboration and PROUD to support digital-first global youth charity, Ditch the Label. As a brand that is ‘Pretty Different’ and accepting of all, DTL is the perfect partner to shout about being yourself.
WHAT IS DITCH THE LABEL
“WE’RE HERE TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE OVERCOME THE ISSUES THAT AFFECT THEM THE MOST”
Ditch the Label is a global youth charity, working to help people aged 12-25 overcome some of the issues affecting them the most. Whether that’s bullying, mental health, relationships or identity, we’re here to offer free, confidential help and support. Throughout 2019, over 3.6 million young people benefited from our digital support resources and programs. In addition to support, we also produce world-class research, award-winning campaigns and free resources for schools and colleges.
Ditch the Label is a digital-first charity, meaning that we primarily focus on helping people online – whether that’s through the resources on our website, our support community or in partnership with social networks and online games.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Dr. Liam Hackett, Founder and CEO
“We are delighted to be working together with Urban Decay as a charity partner. It is clear that our ethos of empowerment and uplifting those who need us the most is something that aligns both Ditch the Label and Urban Decay. Individuality and creative tools of expression really are in the DNA of this partnership and I’m personally very excited to see what the future holds.
It is always great to see brands give back to the communities that they serve through their philanthropic efforts and partnership with charities such as Ditch the Label.”
“Self-love and expression is the DNA of our brand. When we met with Ditch the Label, they spoke to our true values. We’re super excited to partner with DTL to fight against all types of bullying amongst young people.” - Cedric Voix – Urban Decay, UK General Manager
